The reception is open daily from 08:00 – 15:00 and is at your disposal for check-in, check-out and assistance. Our reception will be happy to help you in German and English. Our hotel has an elevator, which you can use to easily reach your room.

Your room is available from 15:00. You are not bound to our reception hours and can check in at any time. You can complete your check-in and registration form digitally and conveniently from home or on the go. You can enter the hotel and open your room door on site using your cell phone or tablet. Of course, you can also check in in person at reception during our normal reception hours.

You can check out and pay your bill digitally and conveniently from your room as usual at our reception desk in person. We look forward to helping you and exchanging a few nice words. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after you have checked out. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability for your luggage after you have checked out and kindly ask you not to leave any valuables with us.
